  They would Not Refund the fees they have been charging me at their "Supposed Surcharge-Free" locations. When I finally caught this mistake & contacted them they made me feel like I WAS AT FAULT when it was listed. Then I asked why they are listed as "Surcharge Free" locations on their website if it's not. They told me it was a mistake and then acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving a fee for me. I know it might sound menial for complaining about fees but I'm Far from Rich. I specifically go out of my way to go to Surcharge Free Locations because I don't have a BFCU near me. Plus All those fees really add up over time. Meanwhile I was Only asking for the ones I just recently caught which added up to 3 times. It's not like I was demanding all the other times they have been charging me for months without me realizing it. I know for a fact when this happened accidentally at any other bank/ credit union establishments they would Always refund it back automatically that day or the next without me EVEN having to contact them. This is my first time I ever had a problem & had to contact BFCU and was really disappointed by how I was treated & how the situation was handled. I have been in the customer field half my life and that was just done poorly. I thought you are supposed to keep customers Happy since there are so many other options out there to use. Especially when the customers wasn't at fault & it was actually BFCUs mistake.
