  This place bait and switches. I had a temporary partial made for a front tooth that had to be pulled. As the dentist took an impression she told me about how the partial would clip on to the two teeth on either side. I paid $550 since they said it wasn't cover. On the way home someone from the desk called me and said the dentist said I wanted to upgrade. Not knowing what she was talking about I asked what the difference is she said better materials. I said no thanks since they wanted a $1000 for one tooth? When I came back a week later dentist gives me a partial with no clips. I said what is this she tells me I didn't want the upgrade. I said I wasn't told the upgrade was with clips. I was told it was only better materials and $1000 was too much. She insisted she told me the upgrade was with clips which she DID NOT. I left annoyed and after speaking with office manager and she assured me the permanent was covered I came back for new impressions. Dentist tells me let's get started but i have a balance of $450. I said I'm covered she says no only full bridge is covered not the partial. Once I balked at paying anymore she then says I sure get a full work up and cleaning and to hang tight with what I got. Too much misleading going on. Avoid at all costs
