  I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a business, at this dry cleaner.
  
  I HIGHLY recommend to go elsewhere so as to never have the experience I did.
  
  You know the feeling of finally sending something to the dry cleaners that you have waited to take care of for a very long time. I felt so excited, but had slight separation anxiety to have parted with my favorite Michael Kors jacket, but knew that I would be getting it back clean and with the Michael Kors buttons that have fallen off, professionally intact.
  
  As scheduled, I went to pick up my belongings and paid, not expecting to be disappointed. Before I left, I looked over my jacket in hopes of admiring the craftsmanship. I noticed that the buttons I had given the owner to put on my jacket, weren't the ones that were sewn on! They were cheap looking smaller buttons. I was shocked! I questioned the owners partner, who was there returning my items, but he said I had to talk to his partner (whom I gave the buttons to). I left the jacket and was promised a phone call in the morning.
  
  No one called the next day, I therefore called, I was told the owner lost the buttons. I couldn't believe that he lost the buttons, didn't call me to tell me so, and just put on random buttons!. I asked him to order new Michael Kors buttons, but he said, "Maybe" I'll let you know. I was told someone would call me the very next day to say whether those buttons could actually be ordered. No surprise, they didn't call.
  
  I was fed up at that point. I came back from working all day in the city to ask them in person, "what's going on?" and "when can I get my jacket back?" The gentleman who I went to originally pick the jacket up from was there. After asking him those questions he said, "oh, yea, we found the buttons. They were right up here in the drawer". He said that they jacket would be ready the next day.
  
  I came in Saturday morning, almost a WEEK after I was supposed to have originally picked up my jacket, to see my jacket, with the buttons I originally gave him intact, but also with one of the random buttons on it. Both of the business partners were there. I just shook my head. At that point I wanted to leave with my jacket, but I wanted to tell him just how disappointed I was with the service.
  I stated that I was disappointed they didn't inform me of losing the buttons and tried to just put any buttons on there instead of taking responsibility. I said that I would like my money back for the service of the buttons. It wasn't a lot, but I said it was the principle.
  
  The owner with the picture listed above, started yelling at me, telling me to "Shoo, get out of here, shoo, I'm not listening to you, get out", "You are talking to a wall, I'm not listening to you" "F*** You, get out!"
  I could not believe how they were talking to me! I was simply talking to them, saying how disappointed I was and they started yelling and cursing at me?! I was taken aback.
  I just told them how unprofessional they were. My boyfriend ended up coming to the store because I was so upset over the way they were talking to me. I'm sorry, weren't they the ones who messed up? Why am I feeling attacked?! Believe me, I have Italian blood and wanted to say many things on my mind, but as a professional and having to think about my license I had to walk away.
  
  Bottom line, I didn't get my money back. My jacket wasn't clean (I didn't even bring that up), and my boyfriend and I left very disheartened by the experience. He had used them for years, but now? This is just unacceptable behavior as a neighbor, businessman or friend. Thank goodness we were only loosing one of those. We will never be back, but I had to share this story in hopes of sparing another from the misfortune we endured. Dandy Cleaners will never see me, or my family's business again. However, I do have many others to recommend in Ronkonkoma! :)
