  First and most ...
  I totally understand the pressure that people have on helping out others in the health profession. However when it comes to customer or for this state will be a patient, the attention needs to be adjusted appropriately.
  I walk in to get treatment and about 8 people where waiting to be called, I approached the front desk and ask how long is the time to be called in they said about 45 minutes which is fine for the load of work that was present.
  I said that I was going on line to set the appointment for the 45 minutes waiting and the receptionist agreed.
  I walk out and came back at the time the appointment was made ...now when All went down hill.
  I approach the dest and stated my name the receptionist loudly said we called your name and you were not present it’s not fair for the people waiting here that you should go before them and she went on and on and on basically thinking that we were just going to go away.
  Honestly, she didn’t know what she was talking about and I had to prove to her with my phone as to the actual time I did sign in. Of course, no apology. Based on her attitude, I was calmly stating to her that I don’t axpect to be treated that moment, but just to acknowledge that I was present and please place us on the list accordingly, this was said after she was completely wrong on the appointment that we placed on line and furthermore I had to prove it to her by showing my cell phone that she clearly had her monitor showing the same.
  Totally NONSENSE!!
  HER behavior was unacceptable in many ways this establishment should have a higher level of customer service not just blown mouths that treat patients with no respect.
  Please evaluate before approaching the desk.
